4. User-Submitted Material

If the Site allows you to submit content, you are responsible for the material you submit and must have the necessary rights to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.

Arcade Leaderboard Submissions

A qualifying score may be submitted with a tag consisting of exactly three ASCII letters, A–Z. A tag does not need to be your real initials. Tags and scores may be displayed publicly on the Site's top-ten arcade leaderboard. Do not submit your real name, email address, school name, contact details, or any information identifying you or another person.

Submissions may be rejected if a tag fails validation or matches the Site's locally maintained blocklist. The Site operator may remove inappropriate, abusive, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable leaderboard entries. The filter is limited and cannot guarantee that every offensive combination will be detected.

Leaderboard scores are for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. The Site does not require users to create an account to play or submit a qualifying score.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site provides links to third-party services, including an external merchandise store. If you choose to visit or use a third-party service, its own terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for the availability, content, terms, or practices of third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content will always be complete or current.
